How do I open an account in California?

Email orders@culturamaguey.com with your business name, retail license number, and address. A rep will follow up within one business day to confirm your territory, discuss the portfolio, and walk you through pricing.

What is the delivery cutoff for next-day orders in California?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery in California. Orders after 2:00 PM are routed for the following business day. For time-sensitive orders, note your cutoff in the subject line when emailing orders@culturamaguey.com.

Do you offer broken case orders?

Yes. We accommodate broken case orders. Broken case fees and minimums are shared after your account is opened and vary by product and territory.

How do I get catalogs, pricing, or promotional materials?

Brand catalogs, price sheets, and promotional programming are available to existing retail accounts. Contact your rep or email orders@culturamaguey.com. New accounts receive materials as part of onboarding.
